Meet your teacher

I trained in Baptiste Power Yoga, also known as Journey to Power Yoga, a dynamic and empowering vinyasa-based style of yoga that blends physical intensity with pranayama (breath work) and mindful meditation. Often practiced in a heated room, this type of strong yoga is designed to build physical and emotional strength and resilience.

Being powerful in yoga is not about how many chaturangas you can hold or whether you’ve mastered crow pose yet. It’s about embodying and cultivating your own inner strength and boldness. I believe this is achieved through a combination of physical movement, visualisation, meditation, and pranayama (breath work).

Yoga has helped me feel strong emotionally and physically, even during times of deep struggle in my life. My mission is to help others gain strength and empowerment through their practice, so they can show up in the world exactly how they want to.
